We process all orders within one business day, each package is shipping insulated and kept cool with refrigerated express shipping
To order online:
- Search for your medication using the search bar.
- Once you find the right medication and strength, click ‘Buy’ to add it to your cart.
- Repeat the search process if you have multiple medications.
At checkout:
- Provide your email and create a password to set up an account for easy reordering and tracking.
- Enter your contact, payment, and address details.
- If you already have an account, log in to retrieve your saved details.
For prescription medications, upload a scanned copy or a clear photo of your prescription, or fax it to 1-833-209-3704, or email support@overthebordermeds.com. If no prescription is on file, a customer service agent may contact you. Non-prescription orders can be processed without extra documentation.
To order by phone:
Simply call 1-833-209-3705 and speak directly to one of our patient specialists. Our friendly staff will review your order details directly with you and arrange for you to send your prescription to us.
To order by fax:
- Have your prescriber fax your prescription to 1-833-209-3704.
- A customer service agent will then call you to set up your account.
To order refills:
- If you have refills left on file, you can place an order without sending a new prescription.
- Go to the refills page and log in with your account details.
- Click on ‘Re-Order Products’ in your account profile.
- Select your medication and complete the checkout process as you did before.
