How to get a prescription

Need a Prescription? We Can Help.

This service is available to patients who are not able to get a U.S. prescription from their own prescriber. 

If you already have a valid U.S. prescription, you can simply upload it when placing your order. However, if you are unable to obtain a prescription, we can assist by connecting you with our partnered prescriber.

How It Works

1. Already Have a U.S. Prescription?

  • If you have a valid U.S. prescription from your doctor, you can upload it directly when placing your order.

2. Need a Prescription?

  • If you don’t have a prescription, we can connect you with a licensed healthcare provider in one of the eligible states.
  • The prescriber will go over your medical history with you and decide if the medication is appropriate for your needs
  • Once the prescriber approves and issues your prescription, they will inform our team, and we will contact you right away to complete your order.
