Yes! Call us at 1-833-209-3705 and ask for a pharmacist if you have any questions about your medication.

What is the difference between generic and a brand medication?

A generic medication is produced by a company other than the original manufacturer once the brand-name drug’s patent expires. Because of this, generics are typically offered at a much lower price, making them a cost-effective choice for many patients.

Generics contain a similar active ingredient and deliver the similar therapeutic effect as the brand-name version. They’re strictly regulated to ensure safety, quality, and effectiveness. Differences you might notice are in the size, shape, or color of the tablet or packaging, but it works similarly.

Is my privacy protected?

Protecting your confidentiality information is our foremost priority. Canada’s PIPED (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents) Act prohibits us from sharing our customer’s personal, medical or financial information to anyone (without your consent) other than the health professionals responsible for filling your prescriptions.

I uploaded my prescription, but I can't see it

After you upload your prescription, it will not be visible on your account and will only be accessible to our pharmacy team. This ensures your prescription remains safe and confidential.
